Microsoft's E3 2017 press conference showed off a massive list of 42 games, including 22 with some form of Xbox One console exclusivity. The line-up included a mix of big new AAA franchises, sequels, and smaller games. Assassin's Creed Origins, BioWare's new original IP, Anthem, and indie games like The Artful Escape and The Last Night were all on display. (We even got a Cuphead release date!) But undoubtedly the biggest reveal was of the Xbox One X, formerly known as Project Scorpio. We finally got specs, price, and a release date. Microsoft also unveiled an original Xbox backwards compatibility expansion along with a handful of free 4K updates for a number of Xbox One games.
