Kudo Tsunoda, who formerly served as creative director on Kinect, is leaving Microsoft's Xbox division to head up the company's Windows Apps Studio as president.
This new role has Tsunoda overseeing the development of new apps across Microsoft's wide array of services and products, including Windows 10, HoloLens, Xbox and Surface.
"On the heels of the successful release of the November update for Windows 10 and the New Xbox One Experience, Microsoft added two new members to the Windows and Devices Group Leadership Team," a Microsoft rep told GameSpot.
